3S/Tariff is a standalone desktop application with the obvious advantage of connection with 3S/ITP/ERP. Its basic aim is the automatic transformation of purchase agreements concerning accommodations into sale rates/tariffs in order to meet the needs of marketing, sales and contract department of an incoming travel agency. 3S/Tariff provides the ability to create a detailed file with accommodation’s information as location, facilities, description. Special attention is also paid to selected printouts.
- Files: accommodations (hotels, villas, apartments, …), local agents, customers – tour operators, parameters (hotel facilities, room types, markets), contracts and commitment agreements, tariff rates.
- Entry of purchase rates, commitment agreements, allotments.
- Printout of purchase agreements contract form.
- Automatic tariff preparation from purchase rates, selecting accommodations by category, area etc., using options like mark up amount or percentage, translation to other currencies etc.
